Important Notice to All Applicants:

At present, we do not accept applicants who:

  • Are located overseas
  • Are not U.S. citizens, permanent residents or do not have a valid work visa
  • If the applicant is under 18, this application must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf.
You are not able to complete the application because you are under 18 years old. However, your parent or legal guardian may submit it on your behalf.

Your portfolio should include a headshot, full body, profile, and three-quarter shot, plus a few images that show personality. Submit as a PDF or private link with your name, height, measurements, and contact info.
